Cassia Essential Oil
Cassia is a good oil for those who display little emotion. It is stimulating and relaxing to those who are rigid and inflexible in their thinking, and consequently, rigid and inflexible in their bodies. Cassia can help us see new solutions to old problems, or look at old relationships in new ways. Cassia is a powerful oxygenator and is very anti-inflammatory. Cassia is a member of the cinnamon family and children or pregnant women should avoid it except when it is in a blend.
